Payment, Shipping and Handling Agreement for
Quilts and Things By Rose and Joyce
THIS IS IMPORTANT -- PLEASE READ
Availability of Quilts
Because each quilt is individually designed, Quilts and Things By Rose and Joyce (the "site") makes no guarantee that the quilt you choose is available. Due limitations of available fabrics, the site makes no guarantee that the quilt pattern is reproducible. For this reason the site has provided a email link for your convenience to check on the availability of each quilt shown.
If the quilt the site's visitors or customers ("you") have been sold prior to your information request, the site will inform you as soon as possible. Also, should the quilt have been sold prior to your information request, the site will inform you by email if a quilt with the same or similar pattern can be produced and the site will give you the option to purchase a similar quilt pattern.
Should the quilt pattern be non-reproducible the site will inform you by email and you will have the option to request a different quilt pattern.
Payment Process for Quilt Purchases
The site offers you two payment options:
Option 1 - Payments Through PayPal
Once your payment through PayPal has been verified we will ship your quilt by U.S. Mail. See "Shipping and Handling" below.
Option 2 - Payment By Personal Check
Shipping will not proceed until after your check has been processed and cleared by the site's bank. This can take up to fifteen business days from the date your check is deposited. There will be a $100.00 fee for any and all returned check / checks that bounce due to insufficient funds or other fraudulent activities.
All Sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
Shipping and Handling for Quilt Purchases
Shipping will proceed within 72 hours or three business days of the date your payment is verified. All Purchases will be shipped by U.S. Mail, insured for the amount of purchase, certified, return receipt requested. The site will attempt to contact you to let you know the shipping date of your purchase.
A $35.00 shipping and handling fee applies to all purchases in addition to the cost of the product.
Exception Shipping Outside of the United States
Shipping will proceed within five (5) business of the date your payment is verified. Shipment will be handled by a reputable shipment company to be determined by the site. The site will attempt to insure your package for the purchase price however, not all overseas shipments can be insured. The site will attempt to contact you to let you know the shipping date of your purchase.
A minimum $50.00 shipping and handling fee will be assessed on all overseas shipments. Additional fees may apply.
